Saxena IFS along with State &#038; Union Governments&#8230;&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pune Environmental Action Group (PEAG)<\/strong><\/span> has filed a <a href=\"http:\/\/cimforest.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/WP-PIL-Symbiosis.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Public Interest Litigation in Bombay High Court<\/a> based on research work done by<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cimforest.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> www.cimforest.in<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in the matter of very expensive Reserved forest land grabbing on Senapati Bapat Road, Pune by Symbiosis Institute of Management with the help of Rajendra Mangarulkar IFS and other officials. \u00a0Neela Satyanarayan IAS, Chief Election Officer, Maharashtra &amp; the then Principal Secretary Forests \u00a0had stayed criminal proceedings even after filing of FIR (POR) by executive order though once the FIR (POR) is filed only competent court can stay proceedings as per Cr PC . Further, even that order of stay of court proceedings \u00a0was not approved by the Government ( Minister or Chief Minister). With express speed &#8221; file of stay&#8221; was cleared by various authorities in one day (<a href=\"http:\/\/cimforest.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/WP-PIL-Symbiosis.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read para 5 (xi) \u00a0of \u00a0 PIL<\/a>).
