They are adopting the same mechanism , which was adopted by office of the PCCF. \u00a0They are denying information by informing the requisitioner of the information that &#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>information does not pertain to his desk&#8221;. <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> per provisions of RTI Act, they are not sending the requisition to related APIO in the same office. \u00a0CIM has been informed that this they are doing till promotion orders of some corrupt IFS officers are issued. \u00a0The office of the CCF Pune under ASK Sinha is trying to stall even smallest information.
